At Castello, we bring to your plate the best of Alpine cuisine: crisp vegetables, finest meats, and aromatic herbs from the region – modernly interpreted, light, and bursting with flavour. Beyond classic dishes, our pizzeria also offers crispy, fresh pizzas from the stone oven.

Our bar is the perfect place to unwind after a day in Ischgl. In addition to classics like Espresso Martini or Negroni, we serve our own creations featuring regional ingredients and Tyrolean herbs.
