Here you will find answers about your stay at the Hotel Castel Ischgl – from arrival and departure to breakfast & wellness to cancelation and payment.
Rooms are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly request check-out by 11:00 AM. Later departures are possible upon request.
Cancellation policies apply as per AGBH 2006:
– up to 3 months prior to arrival: free of charge
– 3–1 month prior to arrival: 40%
– 1 month–1 week prior to arrival: 70%
– during the last week: 90%
Cash payment, EC card and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard).
Yes, we recommend that you take out Travel & Cancellation Insurance to cover any possible costs in the event of cancellation.

Only approx. 550 m to the cable cars into the Silvretta Arena – the quick entry into the Ischgl-Samnaun ski area.
From 11:00 PM, the main entrance door is locked. Please take your keycard with you. The night entrance is located on the side of the building (access via the external staircase).
